What company verification means

Some company profiles show a verified badge. This page explains exactly what that badge indicates during closed beta.

What the badge indicates

A verified badge means Silicentra has completed its current verification process for that company, based on the information the company submitted and the checks we perform today.

What the badge does not mean

  • It is not a guarantee of company quality, culture or hiring practices.
  • It is not a statement about the company's solvency or financial standing.
  • It does not guarantee any employment outcome, offer or role remaining open.
  • It does not confirm legitimacy beyond the checks actually performed, and our checks will evolve.

Always do your own diligence before sharing sensitive information, signing anything, or making a career decision.

Suspension and revocation

Silicentra may suspend or revoke verification — for example if submitted information turns out to be inaccurate, if company representation changes, or if platform rules are breached. Verification status can therefore change over time.

Reporting a concern

If a company profile, job posting or recruiter contact looks fraudulent or misleading, contact support@silicentra.com so we can review it.

Closed-beta wording. The verification criteria we publish externally should be confirmed by the founders before public launch.
